SIEL Return Policy
Online shopping is not always easy and Siel wants to make your experience as stress free as possible. Siel is happy to accept your returns for a store credit to be used towards any future purchases.
Return Guidelines
Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit providing the items meet the following criteria.
All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with tags attached. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in ineligibility to receive store credit and item(s) will be returned to you at the customers expense. Returns received 30 days after the time of purchase will be refused and returned to you at the customers expense.
Bodysuits, Intimates, and Swimsuits are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns.
Siel does not offer refunds or exchanges. If an item is returned, store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount.
If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt email returns@Sielcollection.com within 24hrs of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.
All items are returned to Siel at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a copy of your order form properly filled out with the reason for the return. Please ensure a tracking number is obtained by the customer. This ensures that the package does not lose its way while enroute to SIEL and processing happens in a timely manner.
Any returned items that do not meet our terms will be discarded upon receipt.
Original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your store credit.
