Where is my order?

USPS Tracking Number takes 24-48 business  hours to update their tracking info once we   ship. If  you  receive a "not found/ error" when checking the  status before  the  48 business hours has passed please  wait before sending a inquiry email as it takes 48  business hours to update on USPS side. All packages require a signature unless stated otherwise. If you are not available to sign for your package when a delivery attempt is made, your package will be held at your local USPS Office until you request a redelivery or pick it up yourself.

-Do you provide return labels?

SIEL does not provide  return labels. Should the customer decide to return the item please refer to the return policy as return labels are at the customers expense.

-Can I Exchange An Item?

Unfortunately, SIEL does not offer exchanges only store credit. Should you decide that  you would like a store credit please refer to the return policy. 

-I Have Seen A Product But It No Longer Seems To Be In Stock

Siel understands how frustrating it is to find an item out of stock.  We often try to restock our items. However, to help minimize the frustration. Siel offers VIP memberships that will give the customer 48 hours in advance access to NEW ARRIVALS before everyone else or  you can subscribe to  get notified  when  NEW arrivals are posted. Please keep checking back on our site and Instagram page for any restock updates.

-I no longer want the item, can i have a refund?

Siel does not offer REFUNDS only STORE CREDIT. Due to hygiene purposes bodysuits, swimwear, intimates are ineligible and are FINAL SALE.

-Do you provide return labels?

No, we do not offer return labels as returns are made at the customers own cost. We suggest using USPS as it is the most cost efficient shipping method.

-Can I Cancel My Order?

SIEL strives  for  fast  shipping to ensure that  your order is received as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable cancel it.

-Why Has My Order Been Cancelled?

SIEL understands how  you may have anticipated the arrival of a NEW ITEM however, popular items do sell out very quickly. If an item does  sell out, an email will be sent with 24 hours from the time the order is place to  notify the customer  that the item is OUT OF STOCK. If the order contains items that are in stock, those items will be fulfilled and the  charge will be  adjusted.

It is important when placing a order that shipping an billing information  can be verified. If they  can not, the order will be canceled and an email will be sent notifying the customer of the cancellation. After notification, SIEL will give the customer 24 hours to update   information so that they do not lose their items. After 24 hours items will go back in stock.

 

-What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

SIEL is sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or damaged item. Please send  an email to INFO@SIELCOLLECTION.COM within 8 hours of receiving your package. Please include in  the email  your order number, packing slip, and photos of  the incorrect or damaged item(s).  Items not received  with the 8 hour time frame will result in the inability to  replace the item(s).

- I Forget To Use A Discount Code can I still use it for the order I just placed?

Unfortunately no SIEL cannot manually  add discount codes to a order that has already been placed. Great NEWS! If  the discount is still valid at your next purchase  please feel free to use it.

-Why Isnt My Discount Code Work?

Please  verify that  you have entered the code correctly to inlcude the expiration date. This  includes case sensitivity as well. Sometimes our codes are meant for  specific items. It is important that the terms an conditions are reviewed for each  discount code.  Special discount codes such as birthday codes, holiday codes,etc may  be only  used according to what the terms and conditions says and  can only be  used ONCE. Codes CANNOT  be stacked on other codes  or used on items already discounted.

-How Long Does It Take To Receive A Store Credit?

All returns that  received and  meet the  return policy will be processed within 10 business days. The customer will then  be  emailed  their STORE CREDIT  gift card to use at anytime. Please keep an eye out for it  and be sure to check your spam folder as well.
